This Privacy Policy explains how the NouriPet Social Suite (the “Suite”, “app”, “we”, “us”) handles information. The Suite is an internal application built and used by NouriPet, a UK pet-nutrition brand, to manage the brand’s own social media presence. It is not a consumer product and is not made available to the general public.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers the data the Suite accesses when a member of the NouriPet team connects one of NouriPet’s own social media accounts — including Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube and TikTok — to the app using that platform’s official API.

3. Information we access

When NouriPet connects an account, the Suite may access, with NouriPet’s explicit authorisation:

• Account profile information — the connected account’s name, username, profile image and account identifiers.
• Boards and destinations — for Pinterest, the boards a Pin can be published to; for other platforms, the equivalent pages or channels.
• Content we publish — the Pins, posts, captions, images and videos that NouriPet creates within the Suite and chooses to publish.
• Performance analytics — metrics about NouriPet’s own content, such as impressions, engagement, clicks and saves.
• Advertising data — read-only ad-account spend figures for NouriPet’s own ad accounts, used to report NouriPet’s marketing performance.
• Access tokens — the authorisation tokens issued by each platform that allow the Suite to act on NouriPet’s behalf.

The Suite only accesses data belonging to NouriPet’s own connected accounts. It does not collect data about, or act on behalf of, any third party.

4. How we use information

We use the information above solely to operate the Suite for NouriPet, specifically to:

• Publish and schedule NouriPet’s own content to its connected accounts and boards.
• Display NouriPet’s own analytics and ad-spend reporting inside the app.
• Maintain the connection to each platform (for example, refreshing access tokens).

We do not use this information for advertising profiling, and we do not sell it.

5. How we store and protect information

The Suite is a desktop application that runs on NouriPet’s own computer. Data — including access tokens — is stored locally on that device. Access tokens are encrypted at rest. We do not host this data on a public server, and we do not transmit it to anyone other than the official platform APIs needed to perform the actions you request.

6. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for their own purposes. Information is exchanged only between the Suite and the official APIs of the platforms NouriPet has connected (for example, the Pinterest API), in order to publish content and retrieve NouriPet’s own analytics.

7. Data retention

Access tokens and connection details are retained for as long as the account remains connected to the Suite. When NouriPet disconnects an account in the app, or revokes access through the platform, the corresponding tokens are removed and the Suite can no longer access that account.

8. Your choices

Because the Suite acts on NouriPet’s own accounts, NouriPet can end the Suite’s access at any time by disconnecting the account within the app or by revoking the app’s access from within the relevant platform’s settings (for example, Pinterest’s connected-apps settings).

9. Third-party platforms

The Suite interacts with third-party platforms whose own privacy policies govern how they handle data on their side, including Pinterest, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), X, YouTube/Google and TikTok. We encourage you to review their policies.

10. Children’s privacy

The Suite is an internal business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
